My family has been using this hospital for years, we have never had an issue! My 10wk old Chocolate Lab became very sick in the midst of Covid-19 situation and Pet Hospital of Willoughby got my little man in within the hour and had him diagnosed and back in an hour or so. It’s been a week now and the lunatic is back to normal! Thank you pet hospital of Willoughby!

Everyone there is so kind and compassionate. You can tell how much they love their job and all the animals that come to visit. I am very comfortable taking all my animals there because I know they will be in good hands. ☺️
I have taken all of my dogs and cats here. I have gotten my family and friends to take there animals here also. Great staff very clean rooms. They take there time with your animal and don’t pressure you into giving shots they don’t need. I had a friend take her dog here and they couldn’t understand why her dog was being given a shot she did not need. Saving her money. Great place.
