Appointment with Carmen I went in for prophylactic cleaning due to gum disease. I have a few very boney areas which many hygienists hit with the mirror which really hurts. I told Carmen my problem and she was extremely careful and totally missed hitting the bone. She seems to do a thorough job and answers any questions I have knowledgeably. I would like to continue to be seen by her.
