After we took our own plainly labeled ribbon to them to use for our prom flowers, it wasn't used or returned. An email was ignored, so I had to chase them down to retrieve our ribbon, and they couldn't even apologize for their mistake! I'll never use them again or recommend them to anyone. FYI, their arraignments are skimpy and way overpriced!
