Our tour guide was so awesome. Very knowledgeable. She put up with my 10,000 questions. I love chocolate and her information was so astounding and fascinating. Here they let you see the process from picking beans to wrapping up the chocolate bar. After this tour, you will appreciate the $10 chocolate bar versus your mass produced Godiva and yes even See’s.
I visit every time I come to SF. I usually get a coffee and a treat and some chocolate bars to go. Never disappointed.
Great place with amazing ambiance, deserts were to die for.
We ordered the Mission Hot Chocolate, delightfully warm and spicy but not overpowering. The iced chocolate chai, very ginger forward and not overly sweet. The chocolate chip cookie. And a few pastries to go. The staff were charming and eager to help, despite it being busy. We heartily recommend it and can't wait to go back, when we're next in the city!
I was given a gift of a Chocolate 201 class from my daughter-in-law. The website link on the Dandelion card was invalid. I tried signing up for the class online and the gift code was invalid. So I called twice and left messages. I emailed 3 times and left messages. No one has made any attempt to respond to my issue. So I told my daughter-in-law to cancel her credit card charge.
