After moving from NYC where I had a great chocolate shop at my fingertips, a former favorite stopped featuring single-origin, and a third maker changed hands, I did some online searching and found Dandelion. It's across the country, but their online ordering is a breeze and the bars are top notch. Excellent flavor profiles and prices on par with similar other makers.
