RecommendedI'm currently 6 months pregnant and about 2-3 weeks ago pinched my sciatic nerve. It's been incredibly painful and has made activities of daily living trying, to say the least. I started seeing Angela to assist with this and am blown away how only 3 appts with her has restored my range of motion and lessened the pain incredibly! She is mindful and gentle in her adjustments, yet very effective. I could not recommend Dancing Spine more for chiro needs...pregnant or not! Thanks, Angela!

Dr Grove has done wonders for my health. I suffer from chronic pain as well as I have very bad posture. Since going to Dr Grove I have noticed my posture to be much better and having much less pain. Dr Grove is very detail oriented and discusses your health plan with you. Dr Grove also explains to you why you should see a Chiropractor just like you would your Primary Care Physician. I highly recommended Dr Grove as a great Chiropractor in Frederick.
Angela was a huge help during my pregnancy! I saw her weekly in my third trimester. She helped my ribs stay in place, which had been really painful, as well as gave me SI joint relief. Her specific stretching suggestions helped so much! Oh and I can't forget the symphasis pubis relief! Once baby was engaged in the pelvis, this became intense. Thank you, Dr. Angela!
