A family run place that cares about every item we make. Our Sourdough breads are made mostly using organic flour, using natural yeast obtained from our own winegrapes and vineyards. Then they are handmade using slow fermentation and baked in our famous wood fired Llopis oven from Spain. Our Award winning Wines are made from our estate grown grapes all certified sustainable. Love this place, worked around here and had it and been bringing my wife here since and we live in Sacramento
The restaurant is fascinating inside, the staff are great, but the food is mediocre at best. I ordered the pizza and the base was so bland and squishy - thinking they used focaccia breadwithno salt or seasoning. Not sure there was NY tomato sauce. Toppings were extremely salty. A pass from my view.
The staff were friendly. Service was a lil slow but the cider, wine and pizza were delicious!!
