A family run place that cares about every item we make. Our Sourdough breads are made mostly using organic flour, using natural yeast obtained from our own winegrapes and vineyards. Then they are handmade using slow fermentation and baked in our famous wood fired Llopis oven from Spain. Our Award winning Wines are made from our estate grown grapes all certified sustainable.
