Latest 2 visits involved "deep cleaning", and I expected to be just as happy as I have been with previous visits; I was not disappoined. DD Group is indeed what we used to refer to as a "Class Act". At this point I would not hesitate to refer family and friends; I have done both.
Great staff and excellent service. Entire team at the Danbury Dental Group is customer service focused. Nice and clean office environment. Only problem is hard to get Saturday appointments but staff works hard to find a suitable time by making alternate suggestions.
He is very caring. He is great at what he does.

This practice has helped me mostly get over my dental phobia! Everyone is gentle, respectful and great at what they do. Prices are fair and every effort is made to make the client happy. I would travel far to have my dental work done by Dr Tseng and by Patti. Thank you!
The staff at the office are very understanding and friendly, I had questions about my insurance coverage and they were very helpful. Dr.Tseng put me at ease and called me at home to discuss options for my anxiety. I would definitely recommend going here!
Visit number five, and this one like other four a very positive experience. At this point I believe I won't wait for the completion of my process to before beginning to recommend and refer friends and family to Dr. Tseng.
I used to work with Dr. Tzeng as a dental assistant. He is the most honest, detailed dentists I have ever worked for. His fillings are done to perfection, his injections for novacaine practically painless ( he is also my own dentist), and he will honestly let you know if it is nesessary to do a filling on a specific tooth or wait and see ( with instructions to continuesly floss and brush)and go from there.
