always awesome!! This dental firm is one of the best I have been to. I am 50 and never liked going to the dentist. Dr. Tseng, his associates and office staff always make me feel welcome, safe and taken care of. Dr. Tseng has even called me during the weekend to make sure I was doing ok after a procedure done by another specialist he recommended. I refer many of my friends and family to them and will continue to do so.
As usual, my visit was a positive one. The staff was friendly and always professional. Dr. Tseng is friendly, professional and so expert. He informs you all the time of what he is doing and asks about your comfort level.
My appointment was at 9:30. Patty took me in at 9:25...5 minutes early. The cleaning was thorough. Dr Tseng adjusted my nigtguard after doing his final check. I love Dr offices that are punctual and do good work!!
As usual, My treatment was excellent. I am very satisfied.

It was good everyone was very helpful
I was take care of in a professional manner by a courteous staff. My only recommendation would be that since I had a tooth extraction, that I would have been given a written checklist of the do's and don'ts following a surgical procedure. I was able to find the necessary information on the internet.
