I was a customer of Dana's for two years I loved my hair every time.BUT!!!! her customer service and time management is awful talks to clients And shampoo girls like they are five years old. But when she played around with my appointment. That was enough. I found Kisha of dystani hair salon And it's been wrap every since.they are awesome awesome awesome.

Don't waste your time!! I couldn't agree more with W.C...I took my daughter to get braids in her hair, the appt was scheduled for 1:30, my husband got her there at 1:15, he was charged a $10 late payment charge, really??? How could you charge for being EARLY!! Mind you my daughter is 10yrs old, she was in the chair until 9pm with 12 braids!! Let's get this straight, these were not weave braids this was her regular hair, which come below her shoulders. SAVE YOUR TIME, YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SALON EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. DANA, THE OWNER IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE SALON MANAGER I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS IN MY LIFE. LONG STORY SHORT ....5 HOURS AND 39 MINUTES IS WAY TOO LONG FOR A "QUICK WEAVE" KEY WORD HERE "QUICK". ENTERED THE SALON AT 9AM, LET ME SAY THAT AGAIN "9AM".... BY 2:39PM STILL NOT FINISHED.
