Dana’s fine jewelry has been above and beyond with the custom rings I’ve requested from her. Not only are the rings beautiful but the customer service feels more like a friendship. It’s 100% sincere! I’ve had meaningful rings made with ashes mixed into the gems from passed loved ones that brought tears of happiness to the ones receiving the ring! Stopped by there when they had the Folk Art downtown. Walked inside and ordered a necklace. My bf bought me the initial necklace and before we left he bought me a ring. Since then we’ve went back and bought two charms. The ladies there are so nice, funny, and so very helpful. The jewelry there is beautiful and such a great selection. We felt like we knew the ladies there before we left. Awesome customer service. Our new jewelry store. And we are from Dallas NC.
