Owner has a bad attitude and have to educate herself on customer service. I am being patient with your inability to understand and cut the way shown in picture. Then complaining my appointment is taking too long since you couldn’t do your job. Her Haircut is worse, the lady who works on the weekend is good but whoever the owner is crappy.
