This was my second delivery with JM. The staff in L&D is the best I have seen. They are truly caring, compassionate, and amazing patient advocates. I am terrified of hospital stays from having seen numerous family and friend's experiences at other hospitals but I can say that I love this hospital and the level of care they stand for. I had my last 2 children here. I love the entire staff. Very receptive. I love Dr. Delgado for outlining my entire birth plan weeks in advance of my due date. My kids were both inductions. My last one I had in January. I told them that I have given birth 3 times but we have 5 kids at home. They asked if I wanted to be classified as a MM (multiple mother) this way the nurses would leave you the heck alone after having the baby. I said yes. I experienced a rough labor and from check in till I left the staff was great very helpful and friendly.
The nurses are beyond amazing! Megan was super sweet as she was my first nurse as I entered L&D. Highly recommend John Muir. Very caring and competent nurses and doctors. My doctor, Dr. Stephen Wells was fantastic as well.
Best hospital I've been to. Had two children there and nothing but perfection
