EXCELLENT customer service. Couldn't ask for more. Super friendly. They certainly know how to work together and take care of their guests!

This review is coming from a Southsider who would want nothing more than a great restaurant to come to our side of town. The menu and the food at Dan's is fantastic, however the service is not good at all! Even though the food is great and the menu has so many great choices I struggle going back every time because every single time we go the wait staff seems to only care about the gossip around the cashier, don't know proper etiquette and have never been trained to be a professional server. Ordered two conys and fries. All were delivered buried under a sea of watery coney sauce...even the fries! Never found the second bun...I think it had dissolved. Fries were not edible as they too were under a watery substance. Service was ok but server admitted my meal looked disgusting. I will never go there again.
I go there way too much! I have notice if you are a regular they do tend to make you wait a bit. I love the owner & his wife, they are awsome peep. John can be a butt sometimes, but hey who's not, lol! I love Telia she's the bomb, she makes us wait sometimes too but hey we still go there and I would and ha e recomemented them to alot of peeps.See youball there tomorrow!The staff are funny!
We have been coming here for about a year and have never had a bad meal. It ranges from pretty quiet to very busy but we have never had bad service or a long wait for food. Highly recommended!!!
