After working for Dan for the last 10 years, I have an inside perspective on how he runs his business. Dan is very personable, methodical and knowledgeable. I've referred many friends & family members over the years and he has taken great care of them. They as well have referred others.
My family and I are moving to the Seattle area from the North East for a job move and Dan was recommended to us by my new boss. He listened thoroughly to where we wanted to live (good school district), type of house, budget etc. He helped us find a beautiful house in Issaquah, but Dan's real skills came after the Title/Escrow company made a snafu with electronic funds wiring instructions and closing money went missing.
