We have sold 2 homes and purchased 2 homes with Dan in the past 18 years. There is no other agent I would even consider working with. Dan is by far the best agent I have ever worked with and I was an agent years ago. During a tough time for buyers, when every house was receiving multiple bids, he got us into the perfect fixer upper in a beautiful neighborhood. He got us into it at about $135k lower than the same floor plan of a house down the street had sold for 7 months prior.
