I would recommend not doing business with this group. Especially Bella Moldaver. This is a shady and rude company. I was yelled at by Bella upon arriving a few minutes early for a scheduled showing. I had to pull up my email onsite to show her that she confirmed this time with me. It was clear she was upset she was proven wrong and she said "go look around, I have things to do down here". Despite this I liked the place and asked to move forward. I paid the $35 application fee through Zillow and submitted all my personal and ... read more

We made an offer and the seller accepted the offer. Dan's agent Gennadiy Korotkin made us sign the agreement and asked us to say that we are buying the house without agents in order to get better deal. Obviously very dishonest attitude towards his broker! He recommended the title company Alpert Abstract LLC and asked again not to mention his name to them. Then he took the agreement he prepared, made us sign it as everything was already agreed, and showed the property to other buyers to bit the offer. Again, he keeps asking b... read more
