I would recommend not doing business with this group. Especially Bella Moldaver. This is a shady and rude company. I was yelled at by Bella upon arriving a few minutes early for a scheduled showing. I had to pull up my email onsite to show her that she confirmed this time with me. It was clear she was upset she was proven wrong and she said "go look around, I have things to do down here". Despite this I liked the place and asked to move forward. I paid the $35 application fee through Zillow and submitted all my personal and ... read more
