I went to this dealer to look at a 2012 Jetta with an automatic transmission. The person I spoke with did not seem at all interested as to what I needed in a car, just trying to sell something. They were quite disorganized and seemed to have trouble locating the advertised car. Then they tried to show me a different Jetta (with a manual transmission) that they were claiming was the car in the listing. I won't go back here.

Dealer got back to us within a day and was very helpful. We are really interested in a vehicle they have but it is six hours away (which is not their fault). We just haven't had time to go see the vehicle.
