Online manager and salesman were very responsive and helpful. I had focused my car search on an Impreza and decided to bury a Crosstrek. I was impressed they had the Crosstrek I eventually wanted and made it happen. I highly recommend them.
The sales person named Frankie was very deceitful in quite a few things he told us. Obviously typical sales techniques but I would rather a person be honest up front. I understand the car was used, but the car was not cleaned up. Perhaps they did a minor vacum cleanup but that's it. Just got the feeling that they don't put much effort in presentation of a car when is an older car. I will definitely keep these things in mind when looking to buy another used vehicle.
