Honestly, I was gonna wait to do this review. Because I ended up emailing the general manager. But never got a response back. So the other day we went into the dealership to look at two different Jeep Wrangler a 2014 and a 2017. At the time we were more interested in the newer model Because the price of the two vehicles were the same. This Greigo dealership comes off courteous when they want your money. Once they get your money and you buy the car their warranty means nothing. There is a lot of gray area's in their warranty. I had a run in with 3 managers.Frankly speaking their conduct is obnoxious and downright condescending. My experience with Grieco was absolutely horrible. The customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever encountered—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. From start to finish, I felt like I was being misled and scammed. Instead of being treated with respect as a customer, I was met with attitudes and pushiness.
