My experience with Grieco was absolutely horrible. The customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever encountered—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Buyer beware! Greico Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Methuen, MA is shadier than an apple orchard. Save yourself the time, expense and frustration by not buying a free lunch from this dealership. After purchase, our truck promptly failed inspection. After holding on to the truck for days, they drilled a hole into the heater box trying to fix a clogged air hose. The whole heater box now needs to be replace. They finally admitted they couldn't fix it, quoted us close to $4000 to fix it at another dealership, and denied the warranty... read more
