I waited at home stuck with a fractured bone on my left feet. And the lawyer calls me 2 MONTHS,TWO MONTHS later to tell me I had no case, because florida law protects business and won't permit no one to sued. Aren't you supposed to now that before you took the case.?

Mr. Newlin and his Attorney Greg Jackson did a very good job in my accident where I was hit in the back of my car when I was stopped at a traffic light. Mr. Jackson was very friendly and responded quickly .

I would never recommend the law office of Dan Newman to anyone. Please do not believe all you hear they are not all they are made out to be. I was rear ended in a accident where I had to go to the hospital due to prior back surgeries. They never called me and kept me involved for one year until I started making noise and complaining then they finally started listening to me.
