What a joke. As soon as they found out the driver had basic insurance I did ALL the work. Had to set up insurance claim and all.
Absolutely the worst experience I have had!!! I will not recommend they did absolutely nothing for me or my family I lost wages from work this is absolutely insane weeks without no phone calls I had to get all the information just for them NOT to do anything
It was a fairly long process after my car accident, but the Dan Newlin team, especially attorney Natalie Morales and Fabiola Alvarado worked diligently to resolve my case. I was in a car accident in June 2023 in my 2021 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack T/A. I was driving down a 2 lane highway with my children in the car and in the middle of the afternoon the driver coming the opposite direction came head on into my lane and I swerved over just in time get hit on the back driver side, spun around down into a ditch, and back up onto the road. I was the passenger of an almost head on collision back in June, had the driver not yet a great reaction time this accident could have been much worse. Once we had everything settled with the EMT’s and Police we immediately called Dan Newlin’s office to see if we had a case. They immediately assigned us a lawyer and got to work. Can I do zero stars? They were dishonest and very condescending with us. If your case requires actual legal skill but your case will not make the firm a large profit, you will be placed with an lazy attorney that has a low level of experience/skill . Our attorneys led us to believe they were doing things for our case, and it came out later (too late), that they were not. When confronted, managing partners will take out their scripts that read "...you didn't get enough medical care"..."if we proceed, you could be sued for th... read more
