I waited at home stuck with a fractured bone on my left feet. And the lawyer calls me 2 MONTHS,TWO MONTHS later to tell me I had no case, because florida law protects business and won't permit no one to sued. Aren't you supposed to now that before you took the case.?

I would never recommend the law office of Dan Newman to anyone. Please do not believe all you hear they are not all they are made out to be. I was rear ended in a accident where I had to go to the hospital due to prior back surgeries. They never called me and kept me involved for one year until I started making noise and complaining then they finally started listening to me.
