Saw this doctor for 6 -9 months. Even though my insurance covers yearly colonoscopies he wouldn't schedule it. Now my symptoms have worsened and I need to find a new doctor. I will not go back to a doctor who tells you to "just eat less" when I explain my concerns and won't do a covered preventative procedure to rule out possible causes.
I was a little nervous when I went to see him, outstanding experience. Dr Jones explained everything and took the time to listen. When I left, I knew I was in good hands. The procedure went well, no problems.
If I could give 0 stars I would, absolute terrible customer service. The guy in the front gets an attitude about any little thing. I had to cancel for two emergencies that I let them know in advance. He don’t ask why or anything he just mad he didn’t get the money. You’re only wanted so they can make a buck don’t care about you.
