Our experience purchasing our 2012 Rav 4 was excellent! Our salesman, Ty Griffith, was great! He was very knowledgeable about all products and very courteous. His recommendations were great, and he didn't try to push us into buying anything that we didn't want. Overall, we had a painless and very pleasant experience buying our vehicle. I would definitely recommend Ty and Dan Hecht Toyota to anyone I know buying a vehicle.

Service dept very friendly & helpful.
If you choose to buy from them, beware of any service plan they will attempt to sell. Some inconvenient details about completing the plan will be left out so what sounds like a great deal is in fact not. If you ask the dealership about it, they will refer you to the third party which handles the contract. Other than that issue, which is enough for me to never buy a Toyota from them again, the service during the sale and during my ownership of the vehicle was good
