I guess you need to make it verbally clear if I knew they was going to charge 47 dollars to listen at a noice I would of never ask them to listen. I'm going somewhere for my business which I can get my brake pads put on for 25 dollars
We purchased 2 cars off of Dan Hecht this week, an my Son had purchased a truck a couple months ago. David our salesman did a wonderful job on all 3 of the vehicles getting all paperwork an working with us. I have serviced my vehicles at Hechts a long time. They have a great service shop. I like that they pick up my vehicle at my work place an return it to me when finished. Great service after the sale.
After going to about a half dozen different dealerships, I went to Dan Hecht. After which, I wish I had gone there first. They had exactly what I was looking for (2011 Ford F-150) at the price I wanted and gave me a fair deal on my trade. David, Heath and John worked out all the details and everything was settled with ease. I will certainly be interested in going back to them for my future purchases.
Traveling when my "need oil change" light came on. I called about 30 minutes out and they got me right in! Thanks!
