I have nothing but great things to say about Ty and everyone at Dan Hecht Chevrolet. Easy to work with and sold me a great used Ford F350 for a great price. Thanks Ty and everyone who stayed late to put the car deal together so I didn't have to drive back 2 hour's to pick up the truck.
We bought a Chevy Cruze from here last Friday, First we absolutely love our new car. Second, Megan was our salesperson, and she was amazing. She was very informative and took the stress out of buying a new car. The rest of the staff that helped us that day was great also. We totally recommend buying a new car from Dan Hecht.
I bought my vehicle from them almost a year ago. The sales team is great I recommend Brian and Ty they were awesome. My problem is with the service dept it takes them an hour and a half to do a basic oil change and tire rotation. Also, anytime there has been something wrong with my vehicle they have googled the problem and it never seems to fix it so I am very disappointed with them and I will not be returning. I should never have bought a Dodge from someone who is not a Dodge dealer!!
Just bought my first car here Friday, and Greg & John were awesome!! I couldn't have asked for a better first time experience. Every always told me not to trust a car salesman and that all of them are crooks, but these guys were super down to earth and helped me get the payments and APR I needed, despite my age. Will definately shop here again for future vehicles :)
I can almost always trust them to take care of my family auto needs.
