Just had an absolute awful time at Dan Hecht in Effingham, I wouldn’t advise anybody to ever go there. No salesman came out to greet us, and when I called asking for some assistance, I was told “we’re all busy” Didn’t even tell me “let me get someone to help you” What a absolute joke of a dealership.

We were new customers to Dan Hecht and they didn’t give us the run around that we were getting from another local dealership. We walked in and spoke with a salesman and they were able to blow the other dealerships offer out of the water with no hassle or run around. It was great to feel like my business was actually appreciated and not expected.
Would like to say thanks to Dave and the service crew for not only noticing the worn out wheel hub while repairing the power steering on my Silverado, but also for getting the final bill lower than originally quoted! This kind of service goes a long way in my book. The pick up and delivery of my truck and loaner vehicle was greatly appreciated also. Thanks again.
