Nice friendly people and easy to work with
So I made an online service appt. to have my Xterra looked at because its making a squeaking noise and I believe the ball joints are bad. Appointment time was for 12:15 and I show up a few minutes before my scheduled time and I find out all the service techs go to lunch at the same time and wont be back until 1pm and that even then they might not be able to look at it right away.
