They are the nicest people I’ve had to deal with. They do a great job. They also give estimates for things that need to be done at later times. They plan ahead for you to have a good experience.
This review is only for the body shop.... my car was the victim of a road alligator - it broke the plastic moulding under my grill, and scuffed the paint on the front fender. Nathan gave me an estimate and I immediately had him order the part. He called as soon as the part arrived (which was probably only 1 or 2 days after he ordered it). They would have gotten me in immediately to make the repair, but I needed my car that day so we scheduled it for the next week. WORST customer service ever! Within the first month of having our van we began to have issues with the power sliding door, contacted them at first the refused to do anything about it. But after going back and forth the agreed to look at it. Said it was one part replaced it, that part didn’t fix the issue then said they weren’t gonna do anything else. Service technician was very polite and knowledgeable! Performed what needed to be done and we were on our way! Also, the complimentary car wash they gave us was much appreciated. Overall, a great experience.
They are very courteous and helpful. Service is exceptional. Of course, our favorite is Jarod... super nice & friendly! We would recommend Dan Hecht to anyone.
