This is for the Bellevue location. Bunch of shameless scammers. Did a poor job on my muffler install, did not align parts & exhaust hangers, so that my driveshaft was rubbing against one of my mufflers and put a dent in it ($1800 aftermarket stainless steel system designed for my car, btw). Charged far more than more competent shops. Said that because I brought my own parts (designed for my vehicle), there was no warranty of any sort. Lots of similar complaints on yelp. As a woman, mechanics often assume I don’t know anything about cars/trucks and will try to take advantage of me and talk down to me. (Even though I actually do a fair amount of my own work on my truck.) Not here. I had the brakes replaced on my truck, and am very happy with the work. They replied quickly to my email inquiry, were able to fit me in end of day and ready the next day, treated me respectfully and gave me a fair price (and actual price was same as quoted price). Worst customer service experience. I was told that work will be completed by 10 AM next day. But parts was not ready until next day 10AM. Not committed to time when he will give the car back to customer. They suck in time Management. I will suggest not visit this store at any cost. Worst time management.

I've known these guys 15 years and they are the best. I'm quite fastidious with my cars and the techs are very knowledgable and respectful. If they can keep me happy, trust me, they'll keep you happy. Once you've been to other shops, you'll realize how great Dan Fast really is. They do the job right, they use good parts, and above all they are honest and respectful
