From selling my previous house to helping me buy the next one, I have enjoyed having Dan as my realtor. Dan is a very down to earth guy who is not afraid to push through some cobwebs in a dark basement or walk through brush outback to fully show you an estate. The only place he draws the line is if wild animals may be involved! Dan is very knowledgeable about houses themselves and knows what to look for whether it be hidden issues or hidden features. Dan has been great to work with! He absolutely loves his job, and is incredibly knowledgeable about homes and the buying/selling process. He fights for his clients and genuinely cares about getting them the best deal. Dan helped my son sell his house and made a GREAT impression on him. He went and helped JT clean up the back yard to get a better price.
