They responded very quickly and were accomodating on appointment to view car before or after normal hours being a couple hour drive from dealership, this was ideal!

The phone rep was helpful and answered my questions and I ever got a follow up email from the gereral manager making sure I got what I needed. I ended up buying a car 150 miles closer to home but Derry Toyota did a great job following up.

No high pressure sales but a fair barter. Got it down $2,400 from asking price with $1,200 trade. Very happy, picking it up today!

So far so good. They have contacted us several times to come out to see the Car. Winter storms prevented us from completing the deal.

They didn't seem to know to much about the vehicle. And didn't help out very much. The environment there seemed very different from other dealer ships it didn't seemed very inviting. They won't work with you on anything. They sent me across the street to the ford dealership to get the code for the key less interary. My loan officer got bad feeling about them to when she talked to them.
