Several people followed up very quickly from Dan Deery Motors. I did go to Cedar Falls and met with Tammy Meier on Monday, August 21. After test driving their 2017 Sienna I purchased. Tammy is a very professional and friendly salesperson. My purchase experience was excellent.

The salesman did reply to my inquiry. He was honest in describing the condition of the vehicle, which he described as, "rough". The one star is about the bait-and-switch policy of the dealership. The photo shown is NOT the real vehicle. The photo is much nicer. I won't be spending any more time with this dealership.

I inquired about a vehicle though Car Gurus. A salesperson sent me an email asking if I had any questions. I replied with a few questions. That was at 9:00am. At 2:00pm I sent another email to the salesperson and still did not receive any response. I called the dealership a day they told me that another salesperson would reach out to me.
