Too many emails asking how they could help with very little practical reply or actual help. Purchased a better vehicle, less miles and newer from another dealer.

Very good experience overall. They gave me a good deal. The 4Runner has a distinct smell. Car salesman refuted it is cigarette smell and while I am yet to determine what it is, it is going to cost to get rid of the smell. I had to pay for alignment already. I wonder what Certified Toyota means if the two issues above existed prior to the sale. I will go back to them any day just may need to be more alert before buying?
