Having someone im sales reply back to my CarGurus email was probably the hardest part of the whole buying process with Dan Deery Toyota. I received a pre-written standard template email that thanks you for contacting them with a promise that someone will get back to you soon. I tried calling the sales agent listed on the email and I also chose another sales agent listed on their website and left voicemails and did not hear back from them. Juke wasn’t available, but I test drove two other cars at Dan Deery Truck and the salesmen were helpful and friendly. The cars didn’t work out for me, but I’d definitely go back if I were searching again someday.
