Fast and friendly response
Wanted more info on car. 4.5 hours round trip to get to dealer. Got a little more info, but then car was sold and it took them 2 days to let me know. I also received email from manager/owner and never heard back. Not impressed.
I bought this truck over the phone because the price was right and the trade-in on my Toyota Tundra was more than fair. They were kind and considerate and when I called the day before I was supposed to arrive and asked them if they could deliver the vehicle that day at 3P, they gladly did it to accomodate my travel schedule. This was a highly unusual transaction as it was so far away from my home but I felt the deal offered was just too good to pass up. Thank you Dan Deery Toyota!

I communicated with the dealer quite extensively, asking questions about the car. The dealership was 2.5 hours away so I wanted as much information about the car as I could get. They answered my questions so I went down to look at the car. The second I saw the car I knew I had been duped! The car was in terrible shape. We also take video upon request and did answer any question you had had prior to your trip. We always recommend coming to see a vehicle in person to evaluate the condition for yourself.
