I requested the Carfax for a vehicle I don't know how many times. How does a dealership not have carfax/ maintenance records on a vehicle. I understand the vehicle was not serviced where it is being sold but that isn't an excuse for not giving me the carfax after asking multiple times. I was seriously considering buying and this ruined my whole process. This is my personal experience might not be the same for everyone. The online sales person was quick to get back to me however the sales manager did not seem to be interested in dealing at all
Excellent even thought the car was sold already
My son and husband drove 2 1/2 hours one way to test drive a car which the were told to come and see. When the arrived it took the dealership and hour of looking to realize they had sold the car. So then they got back in the car and drove 2 1/2 hours home. Frustrating!!! Will not be visiting this dealership again. May want to call before visiting to make sure the car you’re looking at is held until you arrive.
