The nitro I went to look at was sold. But the sales team found me another one at the same price. Gave me a good deal with my trade. Very polite and willing to help me find what I was looking for

I was given what information that the sales associate had at hand which wasn't much but I appreciated the honest approach you don't always find in a sales person at a dealership. I have continued to communicate about any other low price options at their dealership that would fit my request of a manual transmission and she was on top of that and very helpful

Drove 2hrs one direction to look at an Escalade ESV. The vehicle was nice however the touch screen didn't work. They offered to take $800 off the price instead of fixing it. When I asked about fixing it salesman told me they would have to ask more the the price they have it listed for. I had the funds available from the bank to write a check, However since they weren't willing to fix it I had no interest in buying it.
Unfortunately, the vehicle I was interested had sold before I could make an appointment to see it, but everyone I spoke to from the dealership was very helpful and very courteous. I highly recommend them!
