Positive and answered all of my questions and more.
Ended buying a BMW x5 and forgot to check the heat. I noticed immediately after pulling out of the lot and when I brought it up to them. They told me there was nothing they could do about it. Not a good way to do business.

Not the experience i was hoping for. After several calls he didn't respond. I was told to get a co-signer that it would help my odds but then didn't return my calls.
They acknowledge my email, but didn't answer my question so I moved on.
