They always are great at responding and sending email or call follow up, whichever i request and offer all information and ways to make contact. They aren't pushy yet do let you know they are available to answer questions or help .
They was great about getting in contact with me though my email. I have been sick so I haven't been able to get back with them about the Journey that I am still interested in

Great place to buy a vehicle
I had received a message from Dan Deery within a few minutes after my interest and they are very accommodating. I end up buying a Subaru from Dan Deery at the Waterloo office and they are great to work with.
Even though I didnt buy a car from them they continued to contact me and see if i was still interested in a car . The sales person was very polite and offered to help with my car shoping experiance . Its hard to find good service sales pepole anymore and i would recomend this dealership to anyone
Dealer was good in communication. Let me know that the vehicle had been sold after we had set up an initial time to do a test drive. Still met with the dealer and test drove a couple other vehicles.
