Honest, honest, honest. Great price for the quality we bought.
TLDR: Rick may or may not stand behind his warranty. Buyer beware. I was thrown out of Rick’s office/showroom yesterday afternoon (October 8th 2025) with him angrily yelling. For context, the following will recap what let to this experience. 1) We purchased (3) windows from Rick and were installed in 2022. No issues with sales or install. Rick “provides” warranty for these windows which includes broken panes. 2) Within 18 months we had a broken pane on one of the windows. Had 2 large picture windows and a garage window replaced. Was so pleased with the results, I am having the rest done.
We used Dan Dan The Window Man for a patio door and window replacement after summer storms moved it up on the "to-do" list. From start to finish, it was easy (never did I think I would describe window shopping as "easy"). Rick was straightforward with our options, and there was zero upselling or pressure to purchase. Our windows arrived early and we couldn't be happier with Bill's work on the install. We won't go anywhere else in the future!
Bill came out and did a excellent job on my garage. Put in a new side door and a new window upstairs. Looks Great very happy. Will be seeing you guys in March for sure. Excellent job! Bill was very kind.
