Honest, honest, honest. Great price for the quality we bought.
TLDR: Rick may or may not stand behind his warranty. Buyer beware. I was thrown out of Rick’s office/showroom yesterday afternoon (October 8th 2025) with him angrily yelling. For context, the following will recap what let to this experience. 1) We purchased (3) windows from Rick and were installed in 2022. No issues with sales or install. Rick “provides” warranty for these windows which includes broken panes. 2) Within 18 months we had a broken pane on one of the windows.
