I was worried due to all the negative reviews about this doctor’s “rude” behavior. I don’t know what they were talking about. He such a friendly guy. He explained everything thoroughly. I have a treatment plan in the works. The staff was also all very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend Dr. Park.
This is the worst Dr ever! I would not recommend this dr to my worst enemy . Very rude and negative and his nurse was just as bad, but Dr D. Park he takes the award for the worst. I have never walked out of an appt. before, I DID this one, I will not be treated like that by someone Im paying to give me service!!! Save your money and time Go somewhere else! Dr. Park shame on you....you are a horrible Doctor!
I live an hour away from Springfield. My dr. sent me to Dr. Park for pain in my left big toe and possible ingrown toenail. I also have fungus infection in that toe and two other toes. I told the nurse I had a painful spot on the bottom of that foot too that I didn't know if it was a callus or a plantars wart. It felt like I was stepping on a rock. The dr. came in ,handed me a list of beauty shops that do pedicures. They were ALL an hour away from me by the way. I am a Diabetic! I waited three weeks to be seen by Dr. Park onl... read more
He was so rude to my child and me. He came in telling my daughter how painful the numbing shot would be on her toe. She was then afraid of having it done. He throws all his stuff down and storms out of the office saying he is done. Nurse came in all like yikes and said surgery it is. Acted like a complete child.
I was referred to Dr Park for an infected ingrown toenail. I also have cancer and am being treated with an oral non-chemo med. He never once looked at my foot or toe. After reviewing my chart online, he explained the typical treatment, but said he didn’t recommend it for active cancer patients. The only other option was to trim the ingrown nail off at the corner. BUT….he doesn’t trim nails. He suggested I go to a nail salon and get them to trim the ingrown nail. My toe is red, swollen, bleeding daily, and painful. I’m not go... read more
dr. Park refused to coordinate care with other members of the medical team. He would undo their work and throw it away. I left his office in tears many times. AND he left my toes in a mess because he didn't put a pin to stablize the bone as it healed, so it is frozen and crooked.
Too busy for patients, didn't exam my feet
I have seen him twice now and sent my son to him. Did foot injection from the top which was a lot less painful than from below and worked great! Very professional, very knowledgeable, explains things very well and have had good outcomes each time. My preferred podiatrist for sure!
He is surgery based and has no bedside manner. Did not touch my foot at all. Would not discuss alternative treatments. When I asked if surgery was my only alternative, he touched his lab coat where the word "podiatry" is put and says "I am a podiatrist, surgery is all I do". I do not have a severe tailor bunion and I am sure there are other methods of treatment other than surgery. Would not discuss toe separators or any other way to treat my severe callous. He did mention corrective shoes. I asked him again how I would go ar... read more
