Becky Root canal done, cut my tongue , big cut turned into a huge a canker sore. He blame d me for moving my tongue when I couldn't even feel it from the novocain. Had to have same tooth pulled 3 months later, cut tongue again not too bad this time. There should be an assistant there so that doesn't happen. I've been to many dentists and have never been cut before. Pulled tooth on a Fri., hurting still on Sat, call office and his messeges says to call emergency number. Great response to an Emergency My son fell and was bleeding from his two front teeth. We called the office, and were forwarded to an emergency number. It turned out to be Dr. Hilo's cell phone. We discussed the situation, and he met us at his office 20 minutes later on a Sunday evening. After taking x-rays and calming my son down, he extracted the teeth and all is well. Thanks for the immediate response!
New patient-already displeased with service Is this office ever open? I have called numerous times and get a generic voice recording saying 'please leave a message'. I leave a message and never get a call back. This is extremely unprofessional!
