We have had our rental house managed by Damon for nearly 2 years and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. He does the heavy lifting of finding tenants, handling tenant requests, and addressing maintenance issues, but also keeps owners in the loop so they can make informed decisions. After doing my research on property managers in the Jackson/Madison area, we settled on Damon and we could not be happier. Everything is taken care of for us and we have zero worries from 1,000+ miles away.

Damon and his team were able to get our property rented very quickly and we are very pleased. He is currently managing our property. I would definitely recommend Damon for any real estate need!!!
