If I could give a ZERO I would!!! Did a procedure I didn’t need ( I even asked him if he has the wrong patient!!!), and 2nd procedure not what recommended or asked for, for kidney stones!!! NEVER called me or updated my MYCHART app with ANY updates. Called his office to report him and today ONE WEEK LATER NO UPDATES!!!!! Totally unprofessional!!!!! I THOUGHT TRUST YOUR DR?!?! NOT!!!!
I could not get an appointment as a new client do to the incompetent staff answering the incoming calls. First I was told to expect a MyCharts link in my email. After it never arrived, I called back and was told to fax my medical history. Subsequently, I faxed 28 pages with a cover letter requesting contact only to find out they claim to have never received it. Dr Davis is a very good and caring doctor. He took care of my wife right away. My wife had a severe condition and did the surgery Monday the following week after the appointment. Dr Davis thank you so much! My God bless you and your team! Keep up the good work!! We would highly recommend Dr Davis to be your urologist!
