We were referred to Englewood Orthopedic Associates from Englewood Health Urgent Care for my 10 year old son. He had a fracture in his elbow and we were really worried because my son has extreme anxiety when it comes to doctors and anything medically related. Great bedside manner and very little wait time. Very professional. I have a very stubborn ganglion cyst on my wrist that was drained twice by a different Dr. I decided to switch and saw good recommendations for Dr Davis and he took my insurance. He drained the cyst but it came back so in February 2023 He removed it surgically. Very smooth. Attentive before and after surgery. He saw my mom’s fractured wrist and due to her age, he gave her the option and explain the results going both ways. My mom was very happy and felt very comfortable. That’s why I didn’t mind driving from upstate and taking her to see Dr Damien Davis. Good listener. I highly recommend him.
Surgery didn't go well. I did the surgery because of the pain, and now the pain is stronger than before, and the scar became red and swollen. When I touch, I have sharp pain. Looks infected. He suggested the hand therapy. I did the therapy just once and called tha doctor's office because a student put cream on my finger and rubbed for 30 minutes. I left messages 4 times to call me back to ask about redness and pain and if I had to keep doing this stupid therapy. He never got me back. I would put - 5 stars.
