I understand that organizations need rules and that staff have to address situations they believe are disruptive. What concerns me is how the disciplinary process was handled. Important information was apparently not reviewed, the appropriate advocate was not included in the decision-making process, and the circumstances surrounding the incident were not meaningfully considered before a serious exclusion was imposed. Breezie came in and did a presentation and it was one of the most wonderful things I ever had done Breezie you are one of a kind you have really taught me something serious I really appreciate it alot
