Do Not Use this Company! My wedding was canceled because of Covid & they're refusing to give us our money back. They also fired the wonderful person I was dealing with there. They are only out for themselves!

Carly, our team have been very responsive and accommodating with the COVID pandemic to any and all of our valued customers. We have worked tirelessly with each of our clients to accommodate everything from postponements, changes in locations, reduced guest counts, etc. In fact, we have offered to amend the terms of your contract allowing the wedding to be rescheduled for a future date without penalty. This option was clearly made available to you from our very first correspondence regarding the current situation.

Jim was extremely helpful and flexible in helping us execute our Corona wedding. He provided a lot of advice and direction, as we were mostly clueless as to what we wanted or would need. High quality, long lasting flowers. Every guest complimented the center pieces, and they were prompt in delivery and efficient in communication. We had a great experience with them and their product, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a florist.
My Name is Minette and I am the Bride. I had a beautiful wedding planned for March 28, 2020. As the President of the United States declared a State of Emergency, and our venue was shutdown due to Coronavirus on March 16. I called Dalsmier and confirmed that no flowers had been ordered and no services had been rendered. I paid in full in early March. Thank you for all the beautiful flower arrangements you designed for our daughter’s outdoor wedding at The Living Sculpture Sanctuary in Davie, 3/31/19.
