Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

The service was priced a little higher than most but I was told they were worth it. We had insurance that would cover most of the procedure that was around $3,000.00 dollars, $2,2000 was to be paid up front by our insurance with out of pocket costs around $780.00. They wanted us to finance the $780.00 through a third party which we were unable to do. When we told the gal on the phone there she said there was nothing they could do.
